What These Workshops Are
If you’re curious about AI but don’t know where to start, start here. It’s a live, hands-on half-day where you follow along on your own laptop, using ChatGPT on the kind of work you already do every week, like emails, social posts, and daily admin. You don’t need a technical background, there’s no jargon, and you’ll be trying things yourself within the first few minutes instead of watching slides.
You’ll leave knowing what AI can and can’t do, how to ask for what you actually want, and which two or three tasks in your business it can start taking off your plate tomorrow.

Do I need to be technical?
No. This workshop is built for beginners, and you don’t need any coding or technical skills.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT plan?
No, the free plan works for everything we cover. If you upgrade later, the Advanced workshop covers the paid features.
Is it in person or online?
Group workshops run at the Atrium in St. Thomas, with an online option. One-on-one sessions can happen at the Atrium, at your workplace, or online.
What if I can’t make it?
You’ll still get the recording, or you can send a colleague in your place. You can also cancel up to 48 hours before for a full refund.
Is it recorded?
Yes. Everyone who registers gets a full replay.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Register each person separately so everyone gets their own replay. If you’d rather have a private session just for your staff, see the Team or Private Group Workshop.
Can we use Claude or Copilot instead?
Group workshops run in ChatGPT, so everyone can follow along together. One-on-one sessions can run in whichever tool you use.
How is the one-on-one different from the Custom AI Session?
The one-on-one covers this Beginner material privately, using your examples. The Custom AI Session has no set curriculum. It’s shaped by an intake before we meet, we build a working workflow in your own tools together, and it includes a follow-up call two weeks later.
