Oxford County businesses shouldn’t need a drive to London or Kitchener to learn AI properly. We bring hands-on sessions to your workplace, your boardroom or your next member event, and run them online when that suits your group better. Everyone works on their own device with their own email and tasks, so what they learn sticks to the work they already do.
Most of the groups we teach here fall into one of these:
Business support organizations and community groups that want an AI session for their members
Small businesses with teams of 5 to 25 people who want to spend less time on email and admin
Nonprofits running lean teams across grant writing and reporting
Community Futures Oxford brought us in to teach an introductory AI tools session for local businesses, and we’re leading a deeper follow-up session at its Future of Business Summit on November 12, 2026.
Member or event session. A hands-on AI session for your organization’s members, at an introductory level or as a deeper follow-up. We’ll quote it on a discovery call.
Team workshop, $1,497 flat for up to 15. A private half-day at your workplace, built around your industry, with travel included.
Custom AI session, $997. A private half-day for one business, where we build working AI shortcuts in the tools you already use.
Online group workshops, $97 or $147 per person. Beginner and Advanced sessions you can join from anywhere in the county.
When a session sparks bigger questions, we also offer AI setups and in-depth process and systems analysis, along with full-day and multi-day programs for larger groups.
Ask about a setupBy the end of a session, people can:
Choose the right AI tool for a task and use it with confidence
Write prompts that produce usable first drafts of everyday writing
Keep private and client information out of AI tools
Turn a few weekly tasks into shortcuts they can reuse
Will you travel to Woodstock, Ingersoll or Tillsonburg?
Yes, and travel is included at no extra cost. We run team workshops and member sessions in person across Oxford County, and online when that’s easier for your group.
Can you lead a session at our member event or summit?
Yes. We’ve taught for Community Futures Oxford, and we’ll shape the session around your audience, their experience with AI, and the time you have.
Can we run the training online?
Yes. Online sessions run over Zoom or Google Meet with the same hands-on format, so people can join from the office or from home.
How do you know what level to teach?
We’ll ask a few questions on your discovery call and send a short questionnaire, then set the session at the right level for the people in the room.
Do you offer AI consulting in Oxford County?
Yes. Training is where most groups start, and we also offer AI setups and in-depth process and systems analysis for businesses that want to go further.
