What This workshop Is
When one person on a team figures out AI and nobody else does, you don’t get a better team. You get one busy expert and a lot of guesswork. This session puts everyone on the same footing, in the same room, working on the same tasks.
It starts before we meet. A discovery call and a short questionnaire tell me what your team does, which AI tool your organization uses, and where the time goes each week. From there I shape the session around your industry, so your staff practise on emails, reports, and admin that look like their real work instead of generic examples.
We’ll also cover using AI safely: what’s fine to paste into an AI tool, what should stay out, and how to check an answer before it reaches a customer. Your team leaves with a shared prompt library for the tasks they repeat, and the confidence to keep using it after I’ve gone.
It suits small business teams, nonprofits, boards, and groups of entrepreneurs who want to learn together.

Deposit and changes
• A 50% deposit holds your date.
• The remaining 50% is due on the day of your workshop.
• The deposit isn’t refundable, but it moves with you once to a new date within 90 days.
• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice means the full fee is due, and the new date must be within 60 days.
FAQs
How is this different from sending staff to a group workshop?
Public group workshops mix people from different businesses, so the examples have to stay general. A team workshop is only your people, in your industry, using your organization’s tool, and it ends with a prompt library built for your work.
What if we have more than 10 people?
Get in touch. We’ll split the group into two sessions or put together a quote that fits.
Which AI tool will we use?
Whichever one your organization uses, whether that’s ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini. If you haven’t chosen one yet, we’ll talk it through on the discovery call.
What if someone can’t make it?
Everyone on the team gets the recording, so anyone who missed the session can catch up on their own time.
Will you cover AI privacy and safety?
Yes, in every team session. We’ll look at what’s fine to put into an AI tool and what should stay out, based on the kind of information your team handles.
