In a lot of offices in London, St. Thomas, Elgin and Middlesex counties, one or two people have quietly started using ChatGPT or Copilot while everyone else guesses at what they’re doing or how to do it.
A team workshop gets everyone working in the same tool at the same time, on real tasks from your own week, so the know-how stops living in one person’s head. We’ll come to your workplace anywhere in London or Middlesex County, host you at the Atrium in St. Thomas if your team could use a change of scenery, or run the session online when people are spread out.
We work with London teams of roughly 5 to 25 people who want to spend less of each week on writing and admin. Most of them fall into one of these groups:
Small businesses where the owner is ready to stop being the only person who knows the tools
Nonprofits and charities with small teams stretched across grant applications and donor updates
Professional offices in accounting, law, real estate and insurance, where most of the day goes to email and client follow-ups
We recently ran a team AI workshop for the Goals, Preparation and Skills (GPS) program at Hutton House, a London nonprofit that has spent more than 70 years helping people facing barriers to employment find meaningful work. We’ve also taught sessions with the Elgin/St. Thomas Small Business Enterprise Centre and Community Futures Oxford.

Some London teams leave the workshop with a clear list of tasks to hand to AI, and others discover the bigger problem is how work moves through the business. In that case, we can map your processes and systems, set up AI to handle one or two recurring jobs like drafting quote replies or summarizing meeting notes, or plan a full-day or multi-day program for a larger group. If none of that makes sense for you, we’ll say so.

Write prompts that turn out usable first drafts of emails and client replies
Tell what's safe to put into an AI tool and what should stay out
Turn a few repetitive weekly tasks into shortcuts they can reuse
